have been quite some days since i last update my blog.. no choice.. pc met some problems.. so had to reformatt.. ya

friday went to work.. and sat went to take care of kim as she had fallen sick.. hope she get well soon. just now went for a run.. kns.. a few weeks nv run and my stamina drop like hell.. got to run more le.. oh ya.. i haven post about e GREAT movie "RED CLIFF".... maybe tml.. haha
