Spent a wonderful time ytd catching up with my friends that i hardly have time to meet them last year and got the chance to meet during this cny.

-Morning wake up to meet xinzhan and ming shi for lunch at lailai beef noodle(jp). Well, xinzhan is still the same.. very energetic and still a good talker.. lol.. thanks for the lunch treat!

-Dinner with my Basic Military Training Course section PEGASUS PLATOON OUTING but in the end only section 2 ppl came so becomE SECTION OUTING.. LOL.. We had Chong Qing Hotpot and lau yu shen too... freaking exp cos is still cny season. In the end per pax is $48! Oh well.. is the gathering that counts so i wont be too bothered by the money.. had a wonderful time with them chatting eatting and laughing... I guess we really eat alot that day. Right guys?

Lastly...

-Clubbing with my unit friends, PANG, EDWIN, WANK, JASON, SKY, ALVIN, ELDWIN, BENJAMIN... did i miss out anyone who is there? the rest is all there friends total i think around 15 to 20. Some of them drink until too high and i think they dunno wat they doing.. anyway.. is great to see them!

"Defiance"

This is a really great movie i give it a 5 STAR (MUST WATCH).

It all started in August 1941 as Nazi forces are sweeping through Eastern Europe, targeting Jewish people. Among the survivors are the Bielski brothers: Tuvia (Daniel Craig), Zus (Liev Schreiber), Asael (Jamie Bell), Aron (George MacKay). Their parents are dead, slain by the local police under orders from the occupying Germans. The brothers flee to the forest, vowing to avenge their parents.

They encounter other Jewish escapees hiding in the forest and the brothers take them under their protection and leadership. Over the next year they shelter a growing number of refugees, raiding local farms for food and supplies, moving their camp whenever they are discovered by the Germans. Tuvia kills the local police chief responsible for his parents' deaths and the brothers stage raids on the Germans and collaborators, however Jewish casualties cause Tuvia to reconsider this approach because of the resulting risk to the hiding Jews. A long-time sibling rivalry between the two eldest brothers, Tuvia and Zus, fuels a disagreement between them about their future: as winter approaches Zus elects to leave his brothers and the camp and join a local company of Soviet partisans, while his older brother Tuvia remains with the camp as their leader. An arrangement is made between the two groups in which the Soviet partisans agree to protect the Jewish camp in exchange for supplies.

After a winter of sickness, starvation, and constant hiding, the camp learns that the Germans are about to attack them in force. The Soviets refuse to help them and they evacuate the camp as German dive-bombers strike. A delaying force stays behind, led by Asael. The defense does not last long, with only Asael and another surviving to rejoin the rest of the group, who, at the edge of the forest, are confronted with a seemingly impassable marsh. Had spend today usefully.. Morning went to sch then came home rest awhile and then went for a run... after that came home to study wat the lecture go through today... hope i can keep this up. Doing everything according to wat i have plan.

BUt at this very moment.. i am thinking can i really get that 2nd lower as its very crucial for signing on as a prison officer.. It seems like im not good enough for ntu.. oh well.. i will push on.. never gonna give up!

This few day i really few kinda 空虚 within me.. I know everyone got different kinda life they live in. God have make this world to be unfair i guess.. Everyone got their own problems and sometimes cant help but comparing with those living better and those not living in such a wonderful life. So which shld i compare with. Compare with those not living so well so that i will feel better? Compare withthose who are living a lot better that make me feel sad?

Why god created human?
If tml is the end of the world, will u feel happy or sad?
What will you wan to do at the very last day when we are still alive?
Will u regret for the things u have done or not done yet?
I guess most of us will say not done yet. We, humans desire a lot in another word, greedy.

last weekend hard been rather busy.. friday and sunday working @ turf club.. working there allow me to see al sorts of different kind of ppl. I meaning diff class, diff attitude and so on. For example.. ppl have this thinknig that ah mo is very courtesy and friendly ppl but aint all. SOme basically make thinks difficult for u. Like pouring a gin tonic. WE pour the standard amount but they always think is not enough. This is SINGAPORE DUDES.. haha!

Sat when to kimberly house and had our early gift exchange.. hee.. after that follow her dad n mum to their church, Galilee Bible-Presbyterian Church located at Pandan Garden. They are having a mini christmas musical concert. Very well done and touching! Then sunday early morning went for the 9am service at Woodland Evangelical free Church.

A lot of ppl are falling sick lately.. holiday keep eating? funny weather? Erm... Are this the causes..

Today finish watching Transporter 3 and The day the earth stood still.
For Transporter i find it quite similar to 1 and 2. The only part that i like is the fighting done by Jason Statham. His fighting style is some how similar to Jackie Chan using wat ever they have to fight off the bad guys.. tie, shoe, table etc.

As for the day the earth stood still is a very nice movie. I think every single human should watch this movie. Its telling us if we carry on doing what we are doing now, destroying the earth. Our earth will soon one day be destroy. We all must save our earth by doing our part.

. TOday went to the new jp for a walk.. is really big that some say is bigger then vivo but i dun think so la.. i personally think vivo is still bigger. Wake up today feeling not that gd... feeling moody and having headache.. went to sch for 2 tutorial class then went home. Initiate plan to eat at jp, im hungry but no appetide. So i went home to cook maggie mee.. after i had my lunch i took out my notes to study for friday test. Oh my.. Study less than half an hour.. I DOZE OFF!!!! time wasted.. went for a shower after i woke up and met kim for dinner at alazar.. met hong yu, pang and the rest. Feels gd to see them.. MEet up soon k.. before u guys go taiwan!

after that came home and do a bit of reading.. after that feel like drinking so ya.. chivas for days in a roll.. and this time i pour alot.. abit seh now...

Everytime they are talking about global warming but nothing seems to be done. I can understand that. We all live in this practical world.. Why would any company want to spend more on product/goods that can help in reducing global warming when they can spend less and earn more. Is possible i believe if every governments are willing to pump in money in global warming area in promoting company to use environmetal friendly products.

In the end it will be back to us again. Tax may increase and end up we paying more. Are we as humans willing to pay it, are those millionaires willing to earn lesser?

Last week had been a tiring week for me.. Study 5 day and not just morning to afternoon, is till midnigh. Wondering how come when exam is not even near? That's the life of all Uni students i guess. The lecturer gave us an advise, "An average student after 1 hour of lecture, they need to spend 2 hours of self-study." Average out is monday to sat study till 10pm only then we will have 1 whole sunday free to do wat we want. Whats your opinion on his thinking of study?

Worked on both weekends too.. Feel abit unwell on sunday, guess i am falling sick soon.. This coming wed i plan to give myself a break by going shopping! haha..

Its been really a tiring week for me this week.. kept studying.. today manage to meet e mentor of mine... goodness.. we are expected to study until 10pm every weekday and 1 of e weekend.. really hard to cope in uni man.. maybe is the start of sch life..hope i can adapt fast and recover my memory of my poly knowledge..

my work resume this sat after 2 weeks of resting.. so next week will start everything according to my schedule that i plan and hope can manage it well.. now i really understand that 24hrs is really not enough for human sometimes.. haha...

the weather is getting more & more warm man.. its giving me headache!!
today had lunch at cafe cartel. Theres a promotion as usual for most of the cafe/resturant. Set lunch at cheaper price.. so i step in wif kim.. the time is around 1.15. They told me that is all sold out.. for goodness sake.. their promotion time end at 2.30 man.. Really disappointed wif them.. not the first time happening le.. is at BPP. last time was theres no more chicken if i remember correctly.. oh well.. after this i am going to write an email to them anyway so... maybe is due to the fact i watched the opening ceremony of the Beijing Olympic on friday.. i am really impressed and really glad i never misssed it. Its hell of a good perfomance and creative by the planning committee. Good job..

Today had my orientation @ NTU... Saw a lot of familiar faces.. its gonna be very competitive i would say as all are the best from poly/jc to be able to enter NTU.

Its very well organised and the souvenirs were really nice and useful! haha.. like the NTU jacket most. But thinks are gonna get rough and stressful i guess. Projects are coming real soon and just the lecture notes already cost me $18..

one of e prof. said this, "Stress is good and in fact it will expoilt ur mind to think better"
i agree totally but not too much of the stress.. :P

Next week schs gonna start and i am going to get busy.. zzz.. time to crack my brain!!

In the early third century, the land of Wu is invaded by the warlord Cao Cao and his soldiers. my review

Character development is more often than not stereotyping. lecher cao. perplexed zhuge. simpleton zhanfei, etc. the drive behind the story is weak. the intrigue of the 3 kingdoms strategising and plotting is replaced by slapstick(Humour) dialogue. Of course a full replication of the original 3 kingdoms novel would be bad, but at least this abridged(edited) version should at least make some coherent(Logical) sense. Sending birds out to recce enemies playing soccer? Generals fighting all the time on foot? Perhaps not enough time for the actors to train to ride horses??? Is more to e one man show when the general like Guan Yu appear.. FIGHTING ON FOOT... BLOODY SHIT. Too bad that came in the form of the smug(self-satisfied) Takeshi Kaneshiro, always nodding away and ever so pleased with himself. The cast did well, come to think of it. They were only let down by the uneven direction of a monumentally expensive production.

Well, this will be worth watching to note its inadequacies. As like my uploaded picture, the main advertising picture is small but the character in the movie is bigger. Focus more on the actors/actresses.

is about the NS @ our neighbour country.. is reported our neighbour government paid RM907,409 to the National service Trainees and their families for dealth and injuries sustained in camps/trainings. They are now trying to improve their programme and aiming for a zero-dealth target.. this i find it quite hard.. Personally i think they all too full of themselves. They can ask Singapore for advise on NS u know.. As we all know.. NS in SIngapore has been applied/used for a few dacades.. 40 plus years if not wrong.. i am lucky and fortunate i am a singaporean now.. haha.. if not i may the unfortunate 1 to die/injure in side e camp..

one more big news is Mr BIll gates has decided t ostep down as Mircosoft cheif software architect. After decades devoted to Microsoft, he is turing attention full time to the philanthropic Bill & Melinda Foundation which he established with his wife. haha.. ytd went to rayson's house warming party.. great place.. the corridor were so clean that i cant believe is an old flat.. his house got 3 room.. living room and kitchen wise is also not bad. An ideal house for me in future? :P anyway my favourite was the master bedroom toilet.. it got a small link to the bedroom's toilet! i think is damn cool man.. 5 star!

ITs been quite a few day since i last blog.. haha.. ORD le.. 2 years of national service had passed.. Is like at a blink of eye.. through out this 2 years a lot had happen.. not only just me but too my surrounding friends, places and many more..

went to do facial n cut my hair just now.. the facial is really a torturing session.. theres a saying "爱美不要命" which i think really is kinda true. something to comment on the elevator created for the handicap using wheelchair. gv plaza workers didnt make use of it or other way maybe they dunno how to use which will be a really sad case. there were 2 ppl sitting on wheelchair watching this same movie with us. upon entrance to the cinema, as theres stairs AND the elevator. i tot i would get a chance to see how the elevator work. out of my surprise. those gv workers NEVER USE IT!!! they got the ppl to go from the back. WAT THE FUCK! isn't it obvious they dunno how to use. bloody hell........ think this point a lot of company have to take note ba. u built something for some uses BUT in the end. they just built it for show and score point? funny huh...

damn crap movie. it was meant to be a war movie but the whole movie emphasis more on the romance part more than the war part which i bloody dun like. give me WAR!!! the actress kelly chen and actor leon lai acting skill seriously cannot make it.. their facial expression really cannot make it man... donnie yen was 1 of the better 1. his acting still got room for improvement but when he get his sword and start fighting. WOAH! fantastic!!! after which went to carls jr for our dinner... really filling and delicious man.. haha..

so ya.. went to dxo but the event was postpone to next sat.. wasted 2 precious hours and they sat postpone. think is because of the accident that happen outside dxo ba.. so came the police officer checking ppl identity.. anyway. we still went in to dxo as it was free entry.. starting was rnb.. then came a fucking shit grp singing live band. really cannot take it la... wat they sing i only manage to hear 2 word cheebye whcih i think they are la. dxo ah dxo.. no wonder i heard frm all my friend is boring. up ur standard can.. lucky ard 1.30 am they leftr le and RNB IS BACK!! haha.. there were some b boyz there too but their skill compare to those at mos is really too far apart. mos is where all the pro dancer gather and there were 1 b-bot at dxo think hes really gd. although i not that good.. but i think his popping and locking seriously need more improvement as i have seen those boyz at mos doing so much smoother and nicer..

ITS TIME TO PARTY!!! but just too bad all my party mates were on duty except shaun and kimchi.. went to home club.. a lot of shufflers.. confirm pang go le will love it.. and all the girls there are of his liking de lo.. haha.. came home slept for 10 hours.. feel so refresh cos out in the 3 ay and night only manage to slept for 4 hours?

just now met kimchi for dinner at sixth avenue for dinner.. went to a cafe called "tea party" atmosphere over there is really great and comfortable.. the scone is also of the high standard, great taste.. reach home went for a run and ya.. thats all..

ytd went with kawan kawan to have supper at bukit panjang.. initially plan to slack at tea party but i was delayed in camp and book out late.. the tom yum was quite normal normal la kim.. :P send her home and got a "lovely" present from her.. THANKS HOR!!

is finally going to be over soon.. i last exercise and i can return back to my unit in 2 weeks time.. had a wonderful 11 hour of sleep which i lack of. had been sleeping less than 5 hr everyday and redbull seems the only solution to keep me awake.. haha..

Party people there is GR, Shaun Chen, Adrian Pang (Shou fer king), Louis, me, Edwin, Karmen & Kimchi. Went for a drink @ millions located at boat quey then to mos arena. FUn FUN fUN!!! Next clubbing session should be on the 22nd Feb le i think most likely..

ytd went home.. was kinda tired so share cab home with pang. was in the quene initally when a group of sim student came out an cut our quene and went to the front to wait for cab. fuckers like them really dun have basic courtesy. not to say even courtesy. no manners, rude, inconsiderate. wats wrong with this ppl. their parents never taught them well or they all simply scumbag of the sociaty. This kinda of people is really a piece of shit in this world la i feel. edwin got so angry.. like going to beat ppl le. dun waste energy on them la. i dun even care. cos how they behave show wat kinda person they are.

Tuesday there was nights off for my coy. i follow edwin, pang, hong yu & jeremiah to bukit timah plaza to play pool. before that went to b1 to have Korean cuisine. i order a "black noodle & kimchi soup". the black noodle is somehow got a similar taste as the black noodle i have back at my hometown malaysia.. love it! as for the kimchi soup, didnt quite enjoy it unless it is in a aircon room ba. eat le start sweating.. -_-

took off today to have a rest before my duty tml and sunday.. sad huh.. ytd took a train home. surprisingly saw a girl roughly at the age of 22 give seat to an old lady which is so far away. she place her bag on the seat then went all the way to bring the old lady to her seat and give up her seat. This kinda girl nowadays is hard to find le sia..

reach home took a shower and my usual routine at night if i am at home. on my pc, listen to songs and check up for any new nice song, update all my profiles and of cos with a Chivas by my side.. haha..

Yup.. all the endless night of back to back training for the past 1 month.. WHhooohOOOo! Just finish my 2 parade this early morning at around 1 plus n 5 am respectively.. During that time my eye lib really weighs a ton man.. haha.. BUT. Everything is over now. Got all the new equipment lesss the 2 bag which the company quatermaster owns me.. :P

good things come and goes away real fast. i heard my oc is sending me to platoon sergeant coursE!!! wtf!!! i tot all the tough training will be over once i turn ops. NOT TRUE. the company is sending me on course, damn! life back to trainee and kanna fuck like gods again.. GOsHHH.. was thinking.. of all ppl why send me.. i am satisfy with my role as section commander le.. reason they give me is because they think i am up 1 level sect comdr. sianZzzz.. going to chiong sua again man.. have to go in forest again man.. going to dig n dig again man.. going to sleep with all the mosquitoes, ants & insects again man. omfg! STILL CANT BELIEVE I AM SELECTED!!!

Although my company have turn to a 5 work day week. I am going back camp later.. one of my collegue fall sick so i have to cover his duty for tml.. not saying that i am selfish or wat but i believe each platoon should use its own commanders to cover there own platoon comrades duty. my platoon commanders have all been fighting fit. if this carrys on even the fittest will not survive lo..

Busy busy week once again.. been rushing to get ready to turn ops.. hmmmm.. tiring.. During last week exercise on the very last day, nearly give up cos i kept having the feeling of wanting to puke... but think of my platoon.. ENDURE all the way.. MIND OVER BODY!!! Rumours say that place where we do our exercise is haunted.. all sorts of story came out.. lol.. But really got the eerie feeling when i am doing my night duty la.. aniway.. is over.. so ya.. i am still in 1 piece! HAHA!

1 more week. just 1 more week and i am going on a 5 day work week.. WOOHOOO!!! Endure guys!! Lets brace ourself to get REDCON 1 for our coy this week! Give it all u GOT!!!
